摘    要:
本文在构建考虑非完美维修的多部件系统联合劣化状态空间划分模型的基础上,研究了可修多部件系统视情机会维修决策问题.首先,综合考虑非完美维修效果和经济依赖,制定了基于周期检测的可修多部件系统视情机会维修策略,其次,构建了相应的联合劣化状态空间划分模型,并通过分析系统的维修需求组合及系统的状态转移,推导了维修需求的概率计算通式和联合稳态概率密度函数.然后,通过数值实验,以系统长期平均费用率最小为目标,以系统检测周期、机会及预防维修预测阈值为决策变量,建立了解析优化模型.最后,以风电机组主轴承为应用案例验证了模型的正确性和有效性,并分析了参数的灵敏度.

Abstract:
Focusing on repairable multi-component system, this paper studies the optimal decision modelling of condition-based opportunity maintenance of the system on the basis of constructing the joint deterioration state space partition model of multi-component system considering imperfect maintenance. Combining the imperfect maintenance effect and economic dependence, a condition-based opportunity maintenance strategy based on periodic inspection is presented, then a general joint degraded state space partitioning model for repairable multi-component systems is constructed to analyze the maintenance requirements and the transition of system state, derive the probabilities of maintenance requirements. Furthermore, the joint stationary probability density function is derived on this basis. An analytical model is established with the minimum long-term average cost rate as the objective and the inspection period, thresholds of opportunity and preventive maintenance as the decision variables. Finally, take wind turbines as application cases, the corrective and validity of model are verified and sensitivity analysis is carried out.
