面向预防性维修的两种失效竞争下多状态系统可靠性模型

针对装备系统在使用过程中存在退化失效与突发失效竞争的情况,以单个系统为研究对象,考虑单一维修台,采用随机检测策略,根据系统内部性能水平与外部冲击损伤等级分别采用三种不同类型的预防性维修,系统完全故障时进行换件维修,利用Phase-type (PH)分布代替指数分布等典型分布,统一描述模型中各类时间变量分布,建立了通用性更好的系统可靠性模型,获得了系统的主要可靠性参数.最后通过算例验证了模型的适用性,并讨论了不同类型的预防性维修速率以及预防性维修阈值对系统可靠性参数的影响.

Reliability analysis of multi-state system with competing failure based on preventive maintenance

This research investigates a multi-state single system that exists competition between degradation failure and catastrophic failure. Random inspections are carried out. According to the internal performance level and external shock damage level, the single maintenance station provides three different types of preventive maintenance. When the system is completely failed and the system is sent to replacement maintenance. Using Phase-type (PH) distribution to instead of the typical distribution such as exponential distribution, the distribution of various time variables in the model are uniformly description, a system reliability model with better commonality is established and the main reliability measure are obtained. Finally, the applicability of the model are verified by numerical applications, the influence of the different preventive maintenance rate and the preventive maintenance thresholds on the system reliability measure are demonstrated.
