| Abstract: | At the First Plenary Meeting of the 4th Central Committee, KMT in late 1931, the central political system of Nanjing National Government experienced a great change. The reformation played a very important role in the history of Nanjing National Government and had great influences on the political development of Nanjing National Government. In this paper, the author mainly talks about the contents, features, backgrounds and influences of this political system reformation. |
