ZC-5型渗气仪的研制与渗气测试方法的研究

摘    要:ZC-5型渗气仪是一种新型的非破损检验仪器,已应用于沥青防渗墙工程的现场试验。本文探讨了常压渗气和变压渗气的基本理论,并导出了渗气系数的计算公式。通过试验得出了渗气系数与渗透系数的相关关系。渗气仪用于施工现场质量检验,其准确性和可靠性已得到模拟试验结果的证实。

Abstract:Type ZC-5 air permeameter was developed with our efforts and this new type of non-distructive test apparatus has been used in the test of asphalt membrance construction in the field. In this paper we have studied the basic test theroy on air permeability in the condition of both constant and variable pressure and infered some calculating formulas. Through the experiment we obtain the relationship between coefficient of air permeability and coefficient of water permeability. The result of simulated test proves the accurate and reliable measure can be taken if the air permeameter is used to inspect the quality of construction field.
