对糖尿病患者牙源性间隙感染的临床观察及治疗

目的:探讨糖尿病患者并发牙源性间隙感染的临床特点和治疗方法.方法:比较糖尿病组(32例)与非糖尿病组(40例)患者牙源性间隙感染的严重程度、疗程长短,进一步观察患者对自身糖尿病的认识程度及这种认识对临床症状和治疗的影响.结果:糖尿病患者颌面部间隙感染易累及多个间隙(P<0.05),其疗程明显延长.对其原因进行探讨,发现由于患者在感染前不知道自己有糖尿病或对糖尿病治疗的依从性差,血糖控制不良.结论:糖尿病并发颌面部间隙感染多发于中老年人,临床症状较重,病程迁延.要注意糖尿病的早期诊断及血糖的控制.在控制血糖的同时控制感染、处理病灶.

Clinical Characteristics and Treatment of Odontogenic Infection in Diabetic Patients

Objective:To discuss the clinical characteristics an d treatments of the odontogenic infections in diabetic patients.Methods:It was c ompared that the treatment of diabetic group(32cases) and non-diabetic group (40 cases).Results:The course of treatment in diabetic group lasted significantly lo nger,infections usually involved multiple spaces.Many patients did not know they have diabetes.Conclusion:Diabetic maxillofacial spaces infections are suscept ible in elderly persons with more serious clinical symptoms and prolonged course.So,diabetes should be paid more attention to diagnosis in the early period.Cont rolling infections and maintaining blood sugar level are necessary.
