| Abstract: | This article points out some major problems in college financial management. College entirely and strategically lacks the budget establishment. It is not fit to raise money, the financial control is not strict and the concept of financial management is weak and unclear. In short, the financial management is left behind the development of higher education. Accordingly, the writer puts forward a series measures on how to improve the financial management in college. |
