广西防城金花茶自然保护区金花茶所在植物群落优势种的种间关联分析

摘    要:在2×2列联表基础上,采用方差比率法、联结系数AC值、Jaccard指数和χ2检验对广西防城金花茶自然保护区金花茶(Camellia nitidissima)所在的植物群落样地中的25个优势种的种间关联进行定量分析。结果表明,该保护区金花茶所在的植物群落中25个优势种的总体关联性呈显著性正关联,反映出植物群落处于比较稳定的阶段。25个优势种组成的300个种对中,有4个种对具有极显著性正联结,10个种对具有显著正性联结,有5个种对具有极显著性负联结,8个种对具有显著性负联结,绝大多数种对联结系数未达到显著性水平,种对间的独立性相对较强。

Abstract:A series of techniques including the analysis of variance,χ^2-test,association coefficient(AC),Jaccard index were used based upon the 2×2 contingency table to examine the species association between 25 dominant species in Yellow Camellia plant community of Fangcheng Yellow Camellia Nature Reserve in Guangxi.The result indicates that: the overall association between 25 dominant species was significantly positive,which suggests that the plant community is stable.Among total 300 pairs in 25dominant species,4 species pairs exhibited extremely significantly positive association,10 species pairs showed significantly positive association,5 species pairs showed extremely significantly negative association,8 species pairs exhibited significantly negative association.The insignificant association of the rest of species pairs indicates they are independent.
