| 摘 要： | 详尽分析了 IGBT的有效保护要求和 EXB841驱动电路的过流状态自识别保护过程 ,对其保护特性的不足进行了深入探讨 ,给出了 TEM- 2型电磁法发射机中 EXB841驱动电路的改进设计和基于电流检测方法的过流保护电路。

| Abstract: | Automatic recognition and protection process for over current status in driving circuit of EXB841 is analyzed. The shortcoming of this over current protection technique is discussed in detail. The modification design of EXB841 driving circuit in TEM 2 electromagnetic transmitter is given, and the over current protection circuit based on current detection is proposed. |
