| Abstract: | Documentation plays fairly important roles in the software development. This paper introduces the documentation process recommended by ISO, and discusses the refining procedure of it:modeling, tailoring, operating and improving. By putting that refined process in to practice, it is expected to improve the quality of documentation. |
