摘    要:针对进气预混甲醇燃料柴油机,研制开发了控制甲醇喷射的电控系统.试验结果表明,系统可根据柴油机的转速、负荷和冷却液温度等发动机状态参数实现对喷醇量和喷醇时刻的精确控制.在柴油机中等负荷以后,利用在进气管控制喷入的甲醇量,替代柴油机负荷增加后所需的柴油量,有效地降低了碳烟和NOx的排放量,甲醇的当量比油耗与纯柴油的油耗相比明显下降,扭矩有所增加.

Abstract:An electronic control system was developed to control the injecting quantity of pre-mixed methanol through intake manifold on a diesel engine. The experimental results show that the system can accurately control the injecting quantity and timing of methanol according to the engine running specifications of speed, load and coolant temperature etc. Thus, after the engine middle operating conditions, the controlled quantity of methanol is injected in the intake manifold to replace the required quantity of diesel after increasing load of the engine. So the exhaust emissions of smoke intensity and NO_x decrease greatly. The equivalent ratio consumption of methanol is obviously lower than the diesel consumption, and the torque increases slightly.
