中部后发产业集群竞争力研究

处在后发地位的中部地区要承担协调崛起的使命,应实施后发产业集群推动战略。以集群的竞争力本质为着眼点,立足后发和创新思想视角,在深入探究产业集群竞争力获取理论基础上,展开对中部产业集群竞争力现存问题与根源的梳理,得出其发展面临"培育与提升"双重任务。并进而通过前述经济理论与现实因素及创新机制相结合的分析,最终提出中部产业集群以"环境系统创新、政府引导内生发展"为中心的路径与对策。
