钢结构用的大直径圆钢管非线性稳定分析

摘    要:为确定大直径中空夹层砼柱中内钢管的稳定性能和临界荷载,对5 m长的圆钢管开展了有限元特征值屈曲分析,获得屈曲临界荷载。在此基础上,采用弧长法对圆钢管进行了非线性失稳分析,考虑了几何和材料双重非线性的影响,得到了圆钢管结构整体稳定的全过程荷载-位移曲线以及单元的应力分布图。应用两倍弹性斜率法和双切线交点法求得临界荷载,与理论计算结果相比稍高,可以看出理论公式计算结果是偏于安全的。最后提出了圆钢管抗失稳的四点措施。

Abstract:To determine stability performance and the critical load of large-diameter steel tube used in Hollow sandwich concrete columns,this paper carried out the finite element linear buckling analysis for 5 meters long steel tube and obtained buckling critical load.Then performed the nonlinear instability analysis by the arc-length method and obtained the load-displacement curves of the overall stability of steel tube structure.The critical load can be got by twice the elastic slope method and double-tangent inter...
