| Abstract: | Starting from the problems existing in the libraries of western universities and the present situation of the qualities of the librarians of western universities,and from the angle of the continuous education,this paper expounds that the librarians must improve their own qualities through the life-long leaning,and puts forward some measures for carrying out the quality education for the librarians of western universities. |
