摘 要: | 本文对离散点凸轮,平面,空间连杆组合机构进行了计算机辅助分析,并给定一系列优选的运动规律(如改进梯形、等速,正弦加速度)综合该组合机构,改进了原系统的运动性能,使最大加速度降低了45.522%。为SXZ440自动锁线机提供了优选的设计参数,并已投入生产。

Abstract: | The paper deals with the CAD of the mechanism with cam on dispersivepoint,plane and spatial linkage.By selecting a series of the optimum motionpatterns,such as modified constant-velocity,modified trapezoidal and sineacceleration,the combined mechanism is synthesized and the performance of thesystem has improved so that the maximun acceleration is decreased by 45.5229%.The optimum designing parameters are provided for SXZ440-automatic book sewingmachine.Now,the machine is being made in factory. |
