| 摘 要： | 就生物反应与膜分离的耦合方面的研究进行了综述。介绍了生物催化剂固定在膜上和不固定在膜上两种耦合方式的应用和效果，介绍了酶反应与膜分离耦合时反应动力学方面的一些研究，最后还介绍了最近出现的非常有意义的亲和膜分离的一些研究情况。

| Abstract: | Combinations of bioreactor and membrane separation were reviewed in this paper. A combination form, in which biocatalysts were not immobilized on the membrane, was introduced. Another immobilized membrane form of combination was compared with former on their efficiency and reaction kinetics. The uses of affinity separation membrane also were introduced in this paper. |
