中西医结合治疗扁平疣80例疗效观察

为了观察中西医结合治疗扁平疣的临床疗效,把140例扁平疣患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例,采用自拟扁平疣1号薰洗联合胸腺肽、聚肌胞注射液肌肉注射治疗;对照组60例,采用胸腺肽、聚肌胞注射液肌肉注射治疗.两组第1疗程总有效率比较(x21=3.09,P1>0.05),差异无显著性;两组第2疗程总有效率比较(x21=8.00,P2<0.01),差异有显著性.结果表明,扁平疣1号薰洗联合胸腺肽、聚肌胞注射液肌肉注射是治疗扁平疣的理想方法,可以明显缩短病程.

Clinical Observation of Plane Warts 80 Caes Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment plane warts. We divided 140 patients into two groups. Another 60 patents of control group were only injected with thymopolypeptides peptides for injection and Polyinosinic - polycytidylic acid injection. The comparison of the total effective rate of the first course of treatment of two groups ( x12 = 3.09, P1 >0.05 ), the difference was not obvious;The comparison of total effective rate of the second course of treatment of two groups ( x22 = 8.00, P1 < 0.01 ), the difference was obvious. The result shows that it is the ideal method that combining plane warts I with thymopolypeptides peptides for injection and Polyinosinic - polycytidylic acid injection treats plane warts , which can shorten the course of treatment.
