四川省农用土地资源可持续利用研究

四川省地形复杂，人口众多，土地压力大，目前农业用地资源紧张，人均耕地0．055hm^2。低于全国平均水平，耕地中坡耕地占很大比重，水土流失严重；农业产业结构不合理，林业和渔业产值偏低；农业用地重用轻养现象严重，后备资源短缺，针对上述问题，应大力发展以改善生态环境为中心，同时获取经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的新型生态农业模式。

(Research For Sustainable Utilization Farmland in Sichuan Province )

The Sichuan Province has complex topography with large population, the pressure of farmland is very heavy. The agricultural land resouce is short and there is only 0.055 hm~2 farmland for each person and it is olwer than the average value of the whole nation. Soil erosion is very heavy because the proportion of sloping farmland is very high. The agricultural structure is especially unreasonable, the output value of foerstry and fishery is low. Farmers stress utilization but look down on protection, and the agricultural reserve resource is short.This thesis suggests to develop a new kind of ecological agriculture which can get economic profit, social profit and environmental profit together and its center is to improve the ecologic environment.
