| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the following self-conflicts: the choice of industrial structures and the orientation of Dalian city,the revitalization of the city by science and education and the lack of human resources,the leading position of regional center and its limited influence.It also points out the effects of self-conflicts on the economic and social development of Dalian and proposes some countermeasures. |
