磁化浮选工艺脱硫降灰的研究

摘    要:针对细粒煤脱硫难的问题,采用磁化浮选工艺对高硫煤进行脱硫降灰的研究,利用煤与黄铁矿的磁性及可浮性的差异进行分离。实验证明,该方法具有一定的优越性,与常规浮选法相比脱硫率提高7%。

Abstract:The attempts to accomplish more difficult sulfur removal from fine coal result in the researches directed at desulphurising high-sulfur coal to reduce ash by applying magnetized floatation and realizing separation by drawing on the difference between coal and pyrite in terms of magnetism and floatation. As proved by the tests,the method presents a definite advantage over the conventional floatation and yields a 7% increase of desulphurization rate.
