| 摘 要： | 利用传输矩阵法,严格推导出了一维光子晶体中的本征模频率方程,该本征模频率也就是缺陷模频率,它依赖于缺陷材料的光学常数、大小以及缺陷的类型;不同类型的缺陷会导致其相应的能级类型发生变化.

| Abstract: | The frequency equation for the eigenmode of 1D photonic crystal by means of transfer matrix method is strictly gained.The frequency of eigenmode is the frequency of defect mode.It depends on optical constants of the material and the size and the type of defect.At the same time,different types of defect lead to the changing of corresponding energy level. |
