摘    要:提出一种基于改进的小波网络非线性观测器故障检测方法,利用小波网络对任意函数的逼近能力,获得系统的非线性特性,进而能快速实时地计算出残差并进行逻辑判决,仿真试验表明改进后的小波网络较BP网络和未改进的小波网络收敛速度快,效果好。

Abstract:A method of fault detection, based on a nonlinear observer by using a new improved wavelet network (IWN), is presented. The IWN is used to obtain the nonlinear dynamic system by using the ability of approaching nonlinear function. The output prediction error ,generated from the real output and the IWN estimated output is used as a residual error to indicate the occurrence of any faults. The simulation shows that the IWN has the advantages of rapid convergence and better results than those of the BP neural network and the common wavelet network.
