摘    要:采用水文变异指标及变化范围法(IHA/RVA)定量评估塔里木河上游水库运行后,干流代表站的水文指标改变程度及其生态影响。研究结果表明:水库运行导致塔里木河干流水文情势发生高度改变,改变度高达60%以上;指标体系中3月和6月平均流量,最小1 d和3 d流量、最大30 d和90 d流量,年发生低流量次数及逆转次数等指标发生严重变异。水库运行对塔里木河周边生态系统影响较大,迫切需要对河流的流量进行适时调控,实现区域经济和生态环境保护的协调发展。

Abstract:The method of indicators of hydrologic alteration and range of variability approach(IHA/RVA)was used to quantitatively evaluate the change degree of hydrological parameters at representative stations in the mainstream of the Tarim River and ecological effects caused by the operation of reservoirs in the upper reaches of the Tarim River. The results show that the operation of the reservoirs caused a significant change of the eco-hydrological regime of the Tarim River, and the change degrees were all higher than 60%. Significant changes occurred on the average flows in March and June, the annual 1-day and 3-day minimum discharges, the annual 30-day and 90-day maximum discharges, the number of low pulses, and the number of reversals. Reservoir operation significantly affected the ecosystem around the Tarim River. It is urgent to regulate the discharge of the river, in order to achieve the harmonious development of regional economy and ecological environmental protection.
