论黑龙江省在东北亚地理环境中的战略优势

21世纪将是太平洋时代，未来的世界经济中心将由大西洋转到太平洋，东北亚位于太平洋的西北部，是指在日本海为中心，包括我国东北地区，俄罗斯远东地区，日本列岛，朝鲜半岛及蒙古人民共和国等地区，它是当今世界上国际经济联系密切，经济发展极富活力的地区，黑龙江省地处东北亚的中间位置，有着位置交通，自然资源，对外贸易，历史文化，人口劳动力，产业结构等诸方面地理环境的战略优势，本文试图通过对黑龙江地理环境的分析，来阐述黑龙江省在东北亚地区政治经济相互作用中的战略优势地位和作用。

ON THE STRATEGIC ADVANTAGES OF GEOGRAPHIC ENVIRONMENT OF PROINCE HEILONGJIANG IN THE NORTH-EAST ASIA

The 21 century will be the Pacific Ocean times.The future world economic center will be transfered from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean.The north-east asia is located in the north-west part of the Pacific Ocean,its center is Japan sea,including the north-east of China,the east part of Russia,Japan islands,korea simi-island and mongolia etc.The area has very close relation to the international oconomy and its economic development is very active,too.Heilongjiang province is lecated in the center of the north-east Asia,has the etrategic advantages of location,transportation, international trade,histry,culture,population,labour force,and industrial structure. This thesis analysed the geographic environment to discuss the strategic advantages and roles of Heilongjinag province in the relation of political and economy of north-east Asia.
