| 摘 要： | 从正确理解和认识广义文化和狭义文化的关系出发,阐述了“文化管理”和“科学管理”的关系,探讨了企业文化的内涵及企业文化管理的实质,指出企业文化管理是企业实现有效管理的重要模式,要正确认识企业文化中的继承、发展和创新的关系。

| Abstract: | Starting from the right understanding and recognition of the relatio n between the generalized culture and the restricted culture, this paper expound s the relation between "the cultural management" and "the scientific management" , probes into the connotation of enterprise culture and the essence of the enter prise cultural management, and points out that enterprise cultural management is an important mode for enterprise to realize the effective management, and peopl e should have the right recognition of the relation among the hereditament, deve lopment and innovation. |
