| 摘 要： | 大学生作为传播社会文化、社会文明的重要载体，是发展和建设新时期精神文明的直接参与者和传播者，大学生自身的素质，直接影响完成历史重任的质量。因此，加强大学生基础文明素质教育，弘扬中华民族的传统美德、扭转社会风气，促进科学、文明、健康生活方式及良好社会风气的形成，有着重要的现实意义。
