现浇混凝土结构施工中一些问题的分析与防治

近年现浇结构施工多存在钢模板拼缝宽度偏差超出，钢模板支撑失稳，钢筋进场检验缺乏代表性，钢筋的位置位移及电渣压力焊虚焊，泵送商品混凝土拌和质量不稳定，混凝土试件强度不能完全代表结构混凝土强度等问题．对这些问题产生原因及其危害进行了分析，并提出了确保工程质量的具体预防处理措施。

Analysis and protection measures on some problems of cast-in-place construction of concrete structure

In recent years,there were fairly numerous questions in the case-in-place construction structure,such as, the composite joint deviation of the steel formwork being over-standard the suspended, the testing and investigation of the steel reinforcement in site construction being unable to represent its actual quality, the displacement of the steel reinforcement situation at site and the false welding of steel bars during electro-slag pressure welding, the mixed quality of pumped read-made commercial concrete being unstable, and the concrete test-specimen strength being unable to determine the actual strength of concrete structure, etc. Countering the causes of arising these problems and its harm were analyzed. Some effective protection measures for guaranteeing of project s quality and the accelerating of speed in construction were demonstrated.
