聚苯胺修饰电极对多巴胺、尿酸、抗坏血酸的电化学区分效应

摘    要:制备了聚苯胺(PAn)修饰石墨电极,在0.5 mol/L硫酸溶液中,该修饰电极对多巴胺、尿酸、抗坏血酸的电化学氧化具有明显的区分效应,三组分的氧化峰电位分别为0.61,0.72,0.36 V,三组分的峰电流与其浓度有较好的线性响应.

Abstract:A graphite electrode modified polyaniline film have been prepared.In the solution of 0.5 mol/L sulfuric acidt,he peak potential of dopamine,uric acid and ascorbic acid were separate on the electrode.Their oxidation peak potential were 0.61,0.72,0.36 V(Vs.SCE),respectively.Their peck current was linear respond to their concentration.
