纳米TiO2的制备及光催化性能

摘    要:采用RF-PCVD法,以TiCl4 O2为反应体系,制备出了球状纳米级TiO2粉体。经TEM,XRD,BET测试表明,粉体为锐钛型金红石型的混晶体,粒径范围为20-60nm,平均粒径45nm。苯酚降解实验表明,TiO2粉体具有明显的光催化活性,并就光催化效率与德国产TiO2进行了比较。

Abstract:With TiCl 4+O 2 reaction system, the nano TiO 2 powders, whose diameter is in the range of 20~60 nm, were prepared by radio frequency plasma chemical vapor deposition (RF PCVD). The character of the nano TiO 2 powders was determined by TEM, BET,XRD and size distribution tester. The measuring results show that the crystal structure is the mix type of anatase and rutile, the ratio of aggregated powders whose size is less than 116nm is 90 %. The catalytic activity of the nano TiO 2 powders, as photo catalyst, is substantial by photo catalysis experiment test. Compared with the ones bought from Germany, the photo catalytic effectiveness of them is about 82 %.
