| 摘 要： | 根据教育电子政务综合评价指标,设计调查问卷采集教育电子政务建设情况数据,进行教育电子政务综合评估实证研究.数据分析显示原评价指标间存在相关性,因此利用因子分析法对其降维处理得到关键因子作为综合评价因子,建立教育电子政务综合评估模型.案例研究表明,利用因子分析评价模型评价的结果与实际情况基本相符.

| Abstract: | According to education E-government comprehensive evaluation indexes, the questionnaire was designed to gather the data about the education E-government construction. And an application case study of the education E-government comprehensive evaluation was carried on. The method of Factor Analysis was utilized to reduce the index quantity of the comprehensive evaluation, because these indexes are related. We received the key factors as comprehensive factor and built the education E-government comprehensive evaluation model. The case research indicated that the evaluated result by the model basically conformed to the fact. |
