图书馆数字化建设的“瓶颈”及发展策略

This paper expounds the importance and necessity of library's digitalization construction, and in the light of a series of problems of the funds, technicians and intellectual property right, etc. existing in library's digitalization construction, puts forward the countermeasure that the holdings construction of middle and small library should rely mainly on printed literatures, introduced digital information and virtual holdings, and realize cooperative construction and resources sharing.
