摘    要:自动焊是一项先进的焊接技术,其应用在核电站主管道焊接上,可大大提高主管道焊接质量,降低劳动强度,最大限度地降低人因对焊接质量的影响。主管道自动焊技术在CPR1000核电站的应用,其工程实施方法与传统手工焊的实施方法有较大区别。本文根据宁德核电站、阳江核电站、红沿河核电站主管道自动焊现场实际情况,详细论述自动焊技术在CPR1000核电站主管道上的实施。

Abstract:Automatic welding is an advanced welding technology,which uses in primary coolant pipes of the nuclear power station,can greatly improve the nuclear primary coolant pipes welding quality,and reduce the labor intensity,reduce the maximum influence of human factors on the welding quality.The primary coolant pipes automatic welding technology uses in the CPR1000 nuclear power station,the engineering implementation method and the traditional manual welding method is carried out by difference.Based on the actual situation of primary coolant pipes automatic welding technology which is used on the Ningde nuclear power plant,Yangjiang nuclear power plant and Hongyanhe nuclear power plant,the article discusses implementation of primary coolant pipes automatic welding in CPR1000 nuclear power plant in more detail.
