| Abstract: | This paper mainly deals with the relationship between the warming-up exercises and the. basic training in wushu class at the teachers college. and probes in detail into the teaching contents of the warming-up exercises. Ii puts forward a teaching method of connecting closely in wushu class the basic movement and the basic skill with the key points of all movements, and of arranging efficiently the teaching contents of wushu as well.The author hopes that it is of some reference to the teachers of phsical culture. |
