| 摘 要： | 以国家统计局发布的1991-2003年度统计数据为基础，运用广义的Cobb-Douglas生产函数，对中国科技投入的经济效果进行了实证分析，结果表明：中国科技投入不但对当期的经济增长具有促进作用，而且还存在滞后效应；中国科技投入对经济增长的滞后期只有两年，科技投入短视行为明显；中国在增加科技投入的总量的同时，更要对科技投入的结构、科技资源的优化配置和使用效率给予足够的重视。

| Abstract: | Based on the data from 1991 to 2003 released by the China Statistical Bureau,applied general Cobb-Douglas(productivity) function,this article takes empirical analysis on the relationship between science and technology investment and economic effect.The results show: science and technology investment not only brings about the present economic growth but also has retardation influence,and the retardation influence is only two years,its short behavior is very distinct;It is needed to not only pay attention to the gross but also to the structure and equipment and efficiency of the science and technology investment. |
