| 摘 要： | 文章通过调查研究，对当前大学体育意识现状有了较全面的认识。在分析大学生体育意识存在的问题基础上，指出了培养学生体育意识应成为现阶段高校体育教改的重要任务，并进一步提出培养学生体育意识的若干途径与方法，以寻觅深化高校体育教改之路。

| Abstract: | From the investigation of the compositions,we have an overall recognition of the current conditions of university's P.E awareness.Based on the analysis of undergraduates' P.E awareness,the paper points out that the main task of senior P.E reform at the present stage is to cultivate student's awareness,and then some ways to culture P.E awareness are put forward for exploring the way to further P.E reforms of higher schools. |
