电阻炉温度自校正控制

摘    要:本文介绍了一个采用自校正调节器(STR)的炉温控制系统,自校正控制集参数在线辨识和调节器设计于一体,较之于常规的PID调节方法,其控制性能(跟随性能和抗扰性能)有明显的改善,尤其可以克服时变参数对系统的影响,须知:电阻炉是一个具有时变、纯滞后和大惯性的对象,实验结果表明:采用自校正控制(STR)其控制效果优于PID控制,本文将介绍系统的控制原理,系统硬件和软件的结构。图5,参3。

Abstract:This paper presents a temperature control system with self-truing regulator(STR). STR contain parameter identification on line and regulator design.The control properties (traceability and counterforce to disturbance)of STR are better than that of PID. Especially, It can overcome the impact for system by time-variant parameter. As we know, risistance-furnace is the plant with the time-variant parameter pure time-delay. The experiment results show that the control effect of STR is better than that of PID. This paper introduce the controlling principle and construction of hardware and software of system. 5figs., 3refs.
