高校内部治理结构建设探究

校务委员会是新中国高等学校内部管理体制中一个重要的组织和一项重要的制度。由于不同时期高等学校面临的形势不同,尤其是随着高等学校内部管理体制的改革与发展,校务委员会也随之发生相应的变化。构建"党委领导、校长负责、教授治学、民主管理、科学决策、依法治校"的高校内部治理结构,是我们追求的理想目标。

On the Construction of Internal Administrative Structure in Colleges and Universities

School Council is an important organization and institution in the internal adminstrative system of colleges and universities.Because of different situations of different periods and the inovation and development of colleges and universities internal administrative system,School Council change accordingly.It is the ideal objective to construct the internal administrative structure of "Party Committee leading,Principal responsibility,professures governing academic studies,democratic adminstration,scientific decision-making and ruling by law".
