| 摘 要： | 采用矩阵摄动法导出了机床结构振动模态的灵敏度分析方法,并给出了复杂结构模态灵敏度的子结构表达方式。用所编制的计算机程序,对机床主轴部件的模态灵敏度进行了分析,所得结果与用直接搜索法一致。

| Abstract: | An analysis method of the sensibility of vibration modalities of machine tool structure is derived with matrix perturbation method and the sub-structure formula for calculating the sensibility of a complicated structure is developed as well. As a practical example,the sensibility of vibration modalities of a spindle system of machine tools is calculated and analyzed with the computer programs according to the formula developed,the result is in accord with that of the direct searching method. |
