摘    要:单个活细胞分析是生命科学领域的研究热点之一,按照单个活细胞分析的特殊要求,利用PI公司MicroMAX-5MHz-782Y型致冷CCD,研制了高性能数字图像系统,其具有高灵敏度、高时空分辨率、高精度等优点。建立了动态图像分析技术,适于半透明生物试样的三维重建技术等显微图像分析方法,并在单粒子追踪、脉冲电场刺激下鸡胚小脑粒细胞内Cn^2+浓度空间分布测定等实验中得到了成功应用。实践证明,该系统比较适合单个活细胞的图像分析。

Abstract:Analyzing a single living cell is one of the research hotspots in the field of life science A digital image system with high performance, which can meet the special demand, has been developed by using MicroMAX 5MHz 782Y cooling CCD of PI Co It has many advantages such as high sensitivity, high temporal special resolution, high precision, and so on To analyze the microscopic image, a method is presented including the technique of analyzing motive images and 3 Dimensional reconstruction algorithms which are more adaptable to semitransparent specimens Based on these studies, we have accomplished some relative experimental researches-SPT and testing 3 D distribution of free C a 2+ in embryonic chick cerebellar granule cells under the stimulation of pulsed electrical field, for example These applications suggest that It's adaptible to analyze single living cells
