摘    要:本文研究在ZSM-5沸石合成中,变温晶化、恒温晶化、导向剂的加入、水钠摩尔比、硅铝比、NaCl的加入和搅拌等因素,对ZSM-5沸石晶粒大小的影响。发现要调变ZSM-5沸石的晶粒度,可采用以下的方法:1.先高温后低温的变温晶化以及改变高温阶段的时间;2.先低温后高温的变温晶化以及使用不同的低温;3.恒温晶化时采用不同的温度;4.改变导向剂加入量、水钠比、硅铝比、NaCl加入量和搅拌转速。

Abstract:In this paper, in the synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolite the influence of such factorsas variable-temperature crystallization, constant-temperature crystallization, theaddition of seed crystal, H_2O/Na_2O molar ratio, SiO_2/Al_2O_3 molar ratio, the additionof NaCl and stirring, etc, on the crystal size of ZSM-5 zeolite has been studied.It has been found that in order to modulate the crystal size of ZSM-5 zeolite ado-ptable methods are as follows: 1. the variable- temperature crystallization of initialhigher temperature following by lower temperature and changing period during highertemperature; 2. the variable- temperature crystallization of initial lower temperaturefollowing by higher temperature and using different lower temperature; 3. adoptingdifferent temperature for constant-temperature crystallization; 4. changing the add-ition amount of seed crystal, H_2O/Na_2O molar ratio, SiO_2/Al_2O_3 molar ratio, theaddition amount of NaCl and the velocity of stirring.
