CaO2对可溶性染料废水的脱色处理

摘    要:用CaO2对4种水溶性染料模拟废水进行脱色处理,并以活性橙Ⅱ为研究对象,考察了各种反应条件对脱色率的影响,结果表明:当染料的初始浓度为30 mg/L,pH值在2~3时,CaO2用量为300 mg/L,FeSO4*7H2O用量为150 mg/L,反应时间为60 min的条件下,无需紫外光照,脱色率就可达到近100%,脱色效果十分显著.

Abstract:The decolorizing treatment of four water_soluble dyes wastewater using CaO2 was studied, and the effects of various affecting factors on the decolorizing rate of dye Reactive Orange Ⅱ were investigated. The results show that the appropriate conditions determined by the experiments are as following: CaO2] =300 mg/L, FeSO4·7H2O]=150 mg/L, t=60 min, pH=2~3, unilluminated by UV when the initial concentration of the dye is 30 mg/L. Under these conditions, the decolorizing rate can reach to about 100%. Therefore, CaO2 is an effective, economical, safe, nontoxic, environmental friendly water treatment reagent,and promising in dye wastewater treatment.
