我国陪审制度透视

陪审制度是吸纳社会公众参与审判、分享审判权的司法制度，是我国司法制度的一项重要内容。但由于我国陪审制度本身存在的诸如缺乏法律依据、适用范围不明确等问题，现代的陪审制在司法改革的背景下正处于低谷。为了更好地发挥陪审制的作用，促进司法公正，必须对立法依据、适用范围等问题加以完善。
