非线性约束在柴油机缸径与活塞行程优化设计中的应用

摘    要:柴油机的结构及工作参数均为非线性变化关系,活塞行程与气缸直径的比值(S/D)将直接影响柴油机的热负荷与散热面积.文中以最小散热面积为目标函数,建立了中、高速柴油机S/D为变量的优化设计数学模型;同时,在非线性约束条件下,利用序列二次规划法(SQP)在Matlab软件系统上进行优化计算.以国产135系列和4102Q系列柴油机为实例进行对比分析,结果与实际情况相一致.

Abstract:Since both the structure and the operating parameters of a d iesel engine change nonlinearly,the heat load and heat rad iation area are d irectly influenced by the ratio of piston stroke to cylinder d iameter(S /D).In this paper,an optim ized mathematicalmodel is established formoderate-speed and high-speed d iesel engines,with the m inimal heat rad iation area as the object function and theS /Dvalue as the variable.In the cond ition of nonli-near constraints,the proposed model is optim ized by Sequential Quadratic Programm ing(SQP) on Matlab system.An illustrated analysis is finally performed by using Series 135 and Series 4102Q d iesel engines as the objects,with the results accord ing well with those in actual situations.
