| Abstract: | Providing archives information service for the society is the important embodiment of archive value. The archives service based on mobile phone makes full use of mobile media that has a broad audience base as a service platform, its rapid information dissemination ways and convenient utilization channels will effectively expand archives information service channel and increase archives＇ ability of serving the public. |
