煤直接液化粗油加氢稳定试验研究

摘    要:在试验室利用自主开发的催化剂组合对国内某公司生产的煤直接液化粗油进行了加氢稳定试验研究,结果表明:煤直接液化粗油经过加氢稳定处理后性质得到改善,同时可以得到煤液化需要的供氢溶剂;反应压力、温度和空速都是加氢稳定过程的影响因素,在反应温度360 ℃,反应氢分压10.0 MPa,反应空速0.8 h-1的条件下可以得到41.29%的含有活性氢组分的部分氢化芳烃.

Abstract:Hydro-upgrading of coal direct liquefied oil from one company was investigated on a series of combined-catalyst,the results showed that properties of coal direct liquefied oil was greatly enhanced,and hydrogen donor solvent was also obtained for coal liquefaction.The factors of pressure and temperature and space velocity influenced the hydrogenation effects remarkably.Under the optimized condition of 360 ℃,10.0 MPa and 0.8 h-1,41.29% of partially hydrogenated aromatics containting active hydrogen was obtained.
