冲击波在有机玻璃中输入和传播规律研究

摘    要:采用自制的锰铜压阻法试验装置,测定了有机玻璃隔板内不同传播距离处的冲击波压力,并对试验结果进行了指数拟合.为了验证试验结果,首先进行了理论分析.对隔板中的冲击波初始压力进行了预估,然后采用动力学程序对该过程进行了数值模拟.得到了有机玻璃隔板中的冲击波初始压力和传播规律.计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,说明了试验装置与试验方法的科学性和可靠性.从而为冲击波感度试验的计量研究提供了必要的技术保障.

Abstract:The shock wave pressure at different transmit distances in PMMA clapboard,which was fitted as exponential function subsequently,was measured by using homemade manganin pressure-measurement equipment.Theoretical analysis based on explosion mechanics and numerical simulation by using nonlinear dynamic code,AUTODYN was processed severally to validate the experimental data,and the results showed they were all in good agreement with experimental results.It can be concluded that the experimental method and measuring equipment,which would be developed as measurement standard,are both accurate and reliable.
