棱镜表面等离子体共振传感器理论仿真研究

摘    要:以薄膜光学理论为基础,利用Winspall软件模拟研究Kretschman结构下,三棱镜类型以及待测介质折射率对表面等离子体共振反射谱性质的影响,得出了影响激发SPR现象的棱镜折射率和待测物质折射率随反射谱的变化规律,为表面等离子体共振传感器的优化提供了理论指导。

Abstract:The theory of Surface Plasmon Resonance was described in the article, based on membrane optics theory, the influence of the analytes index of refraction, triangular prism on the SPR reflective spectral properties were simulated by Winspall. The influence of prism refractive index and determinand on the reflective spectral properties has been respectively studied in this study, to provide a theoretical guidance for the optimization of SPR sensor.
