间歇法合成二氧化硫脲

摘    要:以硫脲及双氧水为原料,研究了在水介质中间歇合成二氧化硫脲的方法,并在实验室条件下考察了添加剂种类、反应温度、反应时间、反应物投料比等因素对反应结果的影响。结果表明,加入添加剂、降低反应温度及缩短反应时间,有利于主反应的进行。追踪了产物中硫酸盐的浓度,认为二氧化硫脲的深度氧化是主要的串联副反应,并与二氧化硫脲本身分子结构有关。

Abstract:By using thiourea and hydrogen peroxide solution as the raw materials, thiourea dioxide (TD) was synthesed by batch method in wafer-medium. The factors affecting reaction results such as additive, temperature, time, feed ratio were discussed. The results show that it is advantageous to the primary reaction when the additive is added, the temperature is dropped down and the reaction time is cut short. Sulphat concentration in products was examined.Deeper oxidation of TD is primary series by-reaction, and it is connected with the molecular structure of TD.
