| 摘 要： | 用化学捕捉方法比较了真菌发酵产生的四种苝醌类衍生物的光敏活性,发现四种化合物具有相似的光敏特征,光照下都可以产生活性氧,且产率相近,提示在应用中四种苝醌类衍生物都可作为有效成分。

| Abstract: | Chemical trapping method is employed to investigate the photosensitive properties of four perylenequinonoid derivatives extracted from the fermentation product of a fungus belonging to Hypomyces (Fr. ) Tul. sp. It is found that the four PQDs have similar photosensitive activity, i. e. ,they all produce reactive oxygen under illumination, and the yield is similar to one another. The results suggest that the four PQDs can be used together as effective components in photodynamic process. |
