不同浓度掺镁透钙磷石骨水泥修复骨质疏松家兔骨缺损及BMP-2表达的研究

摘    要:健康家兔36只,进行骨质疏松造模后随机分为空白对照组、透钙磷石组(DCPD组)、掺镁6.67%组、掺镁26.67%透钙磷石组,在家兔双侧前腿桡骨中段制作骨缺损,术后每组动物分别于4、8、12周各处死3只,观察组织切片中BMP-2表达情况与X线片显示骨缺损修复状况。免疫组化结果显示同组不同时期比较,4周时BMP-2表达最高,8周时较4周时减弱,12周时阳性表达最弱。同一时期组间比较掺镁6.67%组阳性表达最强。在骨质疏松家兔桡骨骨缺损修复中,掺镁6.67%透钙磷石组成骨效果较其他组显著,同时期组间比较BMP-2阳性表达最强。

Abstract: ] Different concentrations of magnesium calcium phosphate bone cement were used to repair bone defects in osteoporosis rabbits , observed the expression of BMP-2, investigate the optimum concentration of Magnesium - doped Brushite Bone Cements Methods: 36 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into blank control group, calcium phosphate group (group DCPD), magnesium doped 6.67% group and magnesium doped 26.67% calcium phosphate group, Bone defects were made in the middle part of both sides of the rabbit"s forelegs, After operation, 3 animals were sacrificed at 4, 8 and 12 weeks respectively. The expression of BMP-2 in the tissue sections was observed and the x-ray showed the repair of bone defects. Results: Immunohistochemistry showed the highest expression of BMP-2 at 4 weeks, 8 weeks later than 4 weeks weakened, The positive expression is weakest at 12 weeks. The most positive expression of the groupis 6.67%
