| 摘 要： | 高职院校体育教师应当从课程目标体系，教学内容，教学方法，学习评价体系，教师专业素质与业务水平培养等方面分析入手，剖析高职院校健美操选项课教学改革与建设的特点与走向，同时运用系统原理，论证健美操选项课教学的改革与建设实施构建组成的可能性，以适应高职院校学校体育教育的建设发展。

| Abstract: | The characteristic and trend of the reformation and construction of the optional course of aerobics dancing was studied in this paper by analyzing the aim system, the teaching content and method, the evaluation system of this course and the professional quality and ability of the teacher. The possibility of the combination of this reformation and construction of the optional course of aerobics dancing in order to adapt to the development of the physical education in higher technical and vocational college was also discussed. |
